For me, my opinion is always inforing my client immediately, because if this is a client with potential, you do whatever it takes to keep the relationship, right? And if you don’t inform your client, you hold the turth from your client. Your client may find it out eventually when they received the cargo, So it's gonna be a totally different story. You inform your client the truth proactively, that's called honest. If your client find it out, you could teel they turth but you didn't, that's called irresponsibility. Even though we are going to suffer our lose, if we inform our client, for example, quality issue, you client ask you to pay extra money to fix the problem, but you don't think in that way, don't take it loss from this particular order.You should take it as a necessary coat to keep your market reputation. Think in that way, this loss will be covered and compensated by all the orders in the future, all the client in the future. So it's not a big deal. Right?
Anyway, my opinion is do not hold the problem. Because the further you hold, the bigger problem you're going to face.
